Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Paramedic license required and maintained without lapse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are current and maintained.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Compliance with background screening and licensure verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support and emergency medical care per EMS protocols.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and initiate interventions.
• Administer medications and manage airway, cardiac monitoring, and defibrillation.
• Ensure safe patient handling, transport, and infection prevention practices.
• Document care accurately and maintain legible medical records.
• Communicate with patients, families, healthcare teams, and receiving facilities.
