Job summary

Team Ambulance is seeking a Paramedic in Georgia to respond to medical and traumatic emergencies and provide life support and transportation to facilities. The role includes delivering patient care at scenes and during inter-facility transfers, with duties aligned to state EMS regulations and company policies.

The position requires Georgia Paramedic certification, CPR/BLS and ACLS, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead teams when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 25 years old.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
• Currently certified as a Paramedic by the State of Georgia Department of Public Health Office of Emergency Medical Services required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification by AHA or American Safety and Health Institute and ACLS Provider.
• Active Motor Vehicle Operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Responds to medical and traumatic emergencies and provides inter-facility transfers.
• Provides emergency medical care at the scene, en route, and during transportation between facilities.
• Performs basic (or intermediate) life support according to certification level.
• Performs duties related to EMS operations and development of the emergency medical system.
