Responsibilities

• Facilitating and presenting classes and live learning events to MVA employees, including assessments.
• Designing needs assessments and interpreting results to propose new topics and courses for MVAcademy.
• Reviewing and revising courses and materials to ensure accuracy and effective delivery; applying agency policies.
