Job summary
The Mounds View Public School District is seeking a Computer Systems Specialist to support district-wide technology, imaging, and deployment. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating imaging, deploying software, and providing advanced Helpdesk support.
Ideal candidates have a two-year technology/network degree with 2–3 years of experience, plus familiarity with AD, MECM, InTune, JAMF, PaperCut, and Google Workspace. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Two year degree in technology/network administration plus two to three years experience; or equivalent.
- Experience with Active Directory, MECM, InTune, PaperCut, JAMF, Google Workspace, Patch-my-PC preferred.
- Ability to problem solve and communicate with staff and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate imaging and reimaging of district computers and assign devices to groups.
- Provide advanced Helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues; identify trends.
- Configure printers, deployment packages, and network applications; manage security software.
- Administer and monitor antivirus software and security scans.
- Configure and manage MECM, JAMF, InTune and other MDM tools.
- Support district devices including iOS, Chrome, Windows and SMART boards.
