Job summary

Mounds View Public Schools in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Computer Systems Specialist to manage district computers, imaging, software deployments, and security tools in a full-time role. You will support imaging campaigns, handle complex Helpdesk issues, and coordinate printers and deployment packages across iOS, Chrome, Windows and other district technologies.

The position emphasizes problem solving, independent work, and strong communication with staff and vendors while maintaining up-to-date

Qualifications

• Two year degree in technology/network administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with Active Directory, MECM/Intune, PaperCut, Jamf MDM, Google Workspace and related management tools preferred.
• Ability to apply sound judgment and solve problems in a district technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate imaging and reimaging of district computers and assign devices to correct groups.
• Provide advanced Helpdesk support and analyze issues to recommend solutions.
• Configure and coordinate printers, deploy software, and manage deployment packages.
• Administer and monitor network antivirus software and security scans.
• Configure security tools and ensure desktops stay up to date with policies.
• Manage MECM, JAMF, InTune and other MDM tools and support district devices.
