Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in computer technology or a closely related field and four years of programming experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of IT system equipment, fileservers, operating systems, and applications.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage IT projects and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Programs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains IT systems equipment and tests hardware.
• Provides technical support for IT system users and resolves problems.
• Monitors system environment, security, and uptime to ensure optimum performance.
• Plans and manages IT projects from design through completion, including budgets and schedules.
