Job summary

OrthoArizona, a leading orthopedic group with over 75 specialists and imaging services, seeks an Advanced Imaging Patient Services Specialist in Phoenix.

You will schedule CT and MRI appointments, confirm reports, manage patient flow at check-in/out, and support the care team with excellent service.

Flexibility to travel to other sites and Saturdays, plus 1–2 years front desk experience, are preferred; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a medical setting preferred (1–2 years).
• Flexible to Saturdays and travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Schedule CT and MRI appointments per protocol.
• Review CT/MRI reports to ensure Radiologist reads them.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and patient flow.
• Interact with patients, families, and health care team; respond to questions/complaints.
• Maintain lobby area and end-of-day closing duties.
• All other duties as assigned.
