Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an experienced Electronic/Instrument Technician to perform evaluation, refurbishment, assembly, alignment and acceptance testing of automated electro-mechanical biological test systems. The role requires adherence to GMP guidelines and accurate documentation.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience. Occasional travel is minimal; duties include training others and completing complex test procedures in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience as an Electronic Technician or Instrument Manufacturing Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations accurately and timely.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complicated nature.
• Ensure proper completion of supporting documentation, following GMP guidelines.
• Assist in training of Senior Assembler and other Technicians.
• Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
