Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Technician for the 2nd shift at our Nashville, TN plant. This full-time role focuses on advanced industrial maintenance, leading complex repairs, and ensuring equipment uptime.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues, execute preventative maintenance, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

3+ years of extensive hands-on industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
Advanced experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs and automation systems.
Experience developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment and maintenance software.
Experience managing multiple maintenance projects with timelines.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Strong CMMS knowledge and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead repair, installation, and maintenance of production equipment.
Inspect equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
Ensure compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and reliability teams.
Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues.
Document activities in CMMS and analyze equipment history.
