Merrimack Health in Lawrence, MA seeks a senior recruitment leader to design and execute workforce strategy for all hospital areas, including nursing and clinical services. You will own talent acquisition, recruitment and retention metrics, and develop a robust recruitment plan while partnering with HR Leadership to drive data‑driven initiatives.

Serves as senior member of the recruitment team, responsible for planning and executing work force strategy for all hospital areas, including nursing and clinical services. This position is responsible for talent acquisition, recruitment and retention metrics and development of robust recruitment plan. Proactively utilize workforce analytics to design and implement recruitment, employee engagement and retention initiatives. Cultivates meaningful professional relationships to successfully source, recruit, and retain staff. Works closely with HR Leadership, Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Health Administration or a relative field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Proficiency in knowledge of ATS, preferably Symplr
Understanding of all Federal and State employment related laws.
Demonstrated experience in the design, development and administration of recruitment processes.
Understanding of workforce analytics, and proven ability to implement data driven initiatives.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as navigating social media recruitment sites.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent writing and marketing skills.
Experience with union environments.
Experience working in an acute care environment.
