Job summary

Palm Health Resources in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CRNAs, CNMs, and other APPs, partnering with operational leaders to build strong clinical teams.

You will source, engage, and interview candidates, represent the organization at fairs and conferences, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
