Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order, efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair if authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety improvements.
• Document work performed on each vehicle.
• Maintain inventory of tools not normally inventoried by the service department.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in training classes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
