Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services, battery testing, and parts lookup. You will handle in-store and phone interactions, perform key holder duties, and contribute to sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and proficiency with inventory and POS systems. English required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in retail.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services: battery install, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of service and store appearance.
• Key holder duties: task assignment, safety, opening/closing.
• Assist in store inventory: truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting.
