Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Advanced AI Engineer to bridge core engineering and data science, owning ML lifecycle components from automated training to secure deployment. You will work with senior engineers to advance scalable AI platforms and contribute to technical strategy, implementation, and innovation.

The role emphasizes CI/CD for ML, MLOps tooling, and optimization of production models within a hybrid/remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ year in ML/AI or大 data environments
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
• Production experience with Docker
• Experience deploying cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/Pulumi)
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms (Prefect, Airflow)
• Kubernetes and Helm fundamentals
• Experience deploying ML models in production
• Ability to collect/analyze model reliability metrics
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; Master’s preferred
• Experience with ML lifecycle platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow
• Experience with model optimization techniques
• Exposure to distributed data processing like Spark/EMR/Kafka
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience in secure data processing environments

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ML/AI platforms
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver ML solutions
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML models and data workflows
• Build automated model training, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Evaluate new MLOps technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot production ML models
• Track health, performance, reliability, and cost metrics for AI systems
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
• Continuously learn new tools and techniques for AI platform
