York Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and develop production ML pipelines and scalable AI systems. You will collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to translate research into practical, robust solutions that integrate with existing platforms.

The role requires advanced degree or equivalent industry experience, 5+ years in production ML, and strong Python/NLP skills across frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a production environment.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and ETL pipelines using Spark, Kubeflow, StreamSets, etc.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ML pipelines for AI models across diverse domains.
• Collaborate on ML architecture; build scalable AI systems integrating with existing infra.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning.
• Deploy, test, and optimize ML models and data pipelines in production environments.
