Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Therapist/Counselor to oversee therapy services for a patient caseload at our Washington facilities. You will coordinate treatment planning, discharge planning and provide individual, group and family therapy as required by licensure.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress in a timely manner, and ensure high quality patient care while maintaining professional boundaries and HIPAA compliance.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in mental health or social sciences
• Active state licensure required
• 1+ year of relevant field experience
• Ability to work with a diverse population and strong interpersonal skills
• Maintain professional boundaries and rapport with patients
• Adhere to ethical standards of licensure

Mansioni

• Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality patient care
• Provide orientation and education to patients, families and others to aid in the therapeutic process
• Collaborate with treatment team in development of written treatment plans; involve patient and family in assessment, treatment, education and discharge planning
• Monitor patients to continually assess needs and facilitate treatment
• Document clinical assessment, treatment plan, progress charting in a timely manner
• Provide clinical updates to utilization review and managed care for reimbursement coordination
• Coordinate with community providers post-discharge to ensure care
• Case staffing and supervision
• Facilitate individual and group therapy
• Adhere to all company policies and maintain confidentiality
