Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Adolescent Therapist/Counselor in Seattle to oversee therapy services for a caseload of adolescent clients. You will coordinate master treatment plans and discharge planning, providing individual, group and family therapy as required by licensure and contracts.

You will communicate with treatment teams, provide education to clients and families, and document all clinical activities professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social Services, or a related field.
• Active mental health licensure in the treating state.
• 1+ year of experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and build rapport.
• Adhere to licensure ethics and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team for quality client care.
• Provide orientation and education to clients and families to aid therapy.
• Develop written treatment plans with client and family involvement.
• Monitor clients and adjust care based on needs.
• Document assessments, plans, summaries, and progress notes timely.
• Maintain professional boundaries and collaborate with team members.
• Oversee QA and compliance activities at the facility.
• Coordinate with community providers for post-discharge care.
