Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments, and group facilitation to individuals and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Document clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and progress charting in a timely manner.
