Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Experience with records maintenance and quality computer skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and individuals served.
• Desire to continue professional development.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate staff trainings as assigned.
• Schedule employees for classes and events.
• Coordinate with outside trainers as needed.
• Apply trauma-informed principles in all interactions.
