Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Age 19+ due to insurance criteria
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) to meet driving requirements
• 2+ years’ experience working with people with disabilities (preferred)
• 1 year of relief coordination experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and staff development to employees
• Resolve problems between staff and individuals served
• Direct and supervise staff during crisis management
• Oversee overall operation of the assigned unit
• Develop individualized programs within the overarching program
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for staff and individuals served
• Ensure documentation is completed by end of shift
