Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Southern Arizona in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to plan, implement and manage youth-focused programs and services. You will supervise two Reengagement Coordinators, ensure data quality across Apricot, HMIS, and other systems, and coordinate outreach with schools, partners and families.

You will communicate effectively with staff, participate in monitoring preparations for grants, and act as a Goodwill ambassador to grow the program within Southern

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with at-risk youth and juvenile justice system required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and AZ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage programs serving youth.
• Supervise two Reengagement Coordinators.
• Monitor data quality and ensure compliance across Apricot, HMIS, and other systems.
• Coordinate program outreach for volunteers, youth, and partners.
• Prepare for internal and external monitoring to meet grant requirements.
• Maintain participant files and ensure records are complete.
• Engage community and build partnerships.
