Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year experience in an adult education setting preferred.
• Ability to manage internal and external data accurately and timely.
• Experience in student intake, recruitment, BEST Plus/TABE testing.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take on different roles.
• Knowledge of GED test preparation, college enrollment processes, and postsecondary planning.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; database management skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates ESOL and GED classes for the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development.
• Assists with coordinating teacher schedules, timesheets, and daily operations.
• Conducts adult learner intakes, recruitment, and BEST Plus/TABE testing.
• Responds to inquiries from prospective and current students, staff, and community.
• Provides referrals and connects students with appropriate support services.
• Tracks attendance and helps address absences; resolves issues with students/instructors.
• Completes at least 14 hours of professional development annually.
• Provides administrative support including database entry (CampusCE, Xenegrade, ASISTS, Excel).
• Performs additional duties as assigned; on-campus presence required.
