Job summary

The Goodwill-Easter-Seals-Miami-Valley-3 is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee day program staff and ensure high-quality services for individuals with MR/DD. You will lead activity planning, implement person-centered curricula, and coordinate transportation and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, payroll oversight, and collaboration with families, guardians, and service providers to promote community engagement and meaningful opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Special Education or related Human Services field is required.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience with MR/DD population preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to document effectively.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise ADS staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Develop curriculum and activities aligned with person-centered planning.
• Coordinate transportation and vehicle maintenance.
• Engage guardians, families and community partners.
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of participants.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA and regulations.
