Job summary

Responsibilities include accurate billing support, training documentation, and mentoring team members. A minimum of two years in human services and a valid driver’s license are required; background checks are mandatory. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in the human services field.
• Must successfully complete background and drug screenings.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff and individuals in Day Program.
• Maintain a positive learning, supportive environment.
• Assist with billing and staffing accuracy.
• Document training, support, and behavior plans.
• Ensure safety on site, in the van, and during trips.
• Provide feedback through mentoring and role modeling.
