Job summary

Sevita Whole Health, a Sevita family member, seeks a Day Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a field-based day program serving adults and children with developmental disabilities. You will lead staff, coordinate services, ensure plan alignment, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and 5 years in Human Services, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the Human Services field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor, and coordinate the daily operations of a day program.
• Communicate with staff, individuals, and guardians to ensure services and supports are provided; align activities with plans.
• Serve as administrative supervisor for day program personnel including scheduling, training, and HR actions.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure compliance with licensing and certification standards.
• Coordinate medication sheets, transportation for medical appointments, and monthly budgets/payroll documentation.
• Ensure vehicles have proper documentation and safety procedures are followed; participate in committees as assigned.
