Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or RN or licensed independent practitioner (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCDP) preferred.
• 2 years experience supervising program staff.
• Demonstrated expertise with adults with behavioral health needs.

Aufgaben

• Maintains current knowledge of diagnostic, intervention and treatment strategies for adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Facilitates admissions, discharges, and case eligibility assessments; coordinates care and discharge planning.
• Assigns caseloads and coordinates coverage; supports team through supervision and meetings.
• Supervises staff education and family support regarding diagnosis, treatment options and self-care techniques.
• Ensures coordination of care with psychiatrists, primary care physicians and other practitioners; schedules appointments.
