Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field or RN or licensed independent practitioner (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCDP) preferred.
• At least 2 years experience supervising program staff.
• Demonstrated expertise with adults with behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of diagnostic, intervention and treatment strategies for adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Facilitates admissions, assessments, and discharge planning to determine program eligibility and level of care.
• Assigns client caseloads and coordinates coverage; supervises staff and ensures care per treatment plans.
• Leads team and clinical meetings; promotes collaboration and coordination of care.
• Provides supervision to staff and conducts outreach and crisis intervention when needed.
• Identifies client/family needs and referrals (housing, education, vocational, etc.).
• Monitors billing, authorization processes, and data reporting to BHDDH/Gateway.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; ensures documentation and policy compliance.
