Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services and two years of behavioral health assessment/treatment experience.
• Full or Associate licensure as LMHC/LCMHC/CSW.
• Dual licensure as Clinical Addictions Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage real-time patient flow and capacity coordinating referrals, arrivals and service lines.
• Coordinate the sequence of services based on urgency and clinical priorities.
• Receive handoffs from Access and Intake and route to appropriate Outpatient/BHUC team.
• Maintain trauma-informed, person-centered communication throughout access and service process.
• Support intake assessments to ensure timely access to care as needed.
