Coastal Horizons Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a Behavioral Health Urgent Care Coordinator (RN) to provide direct nursing care and coordinate fast-paced crisis services from admission to disposition. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, ensure documentation, and collaborate with prescribers and EMS during emergencies.

Requires an associate degree in nursing and NC RN license with at least two years in behavioral health or high-acuity settings.

Qualificações

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years in behavioral health or high-acuity settings.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing assessments and clinical care from admission to disposition.
• Lead shifts, supervise staff, coordinate after-hours escalation.
• Administer medications and monitor effects per orders.
• Maintain timely documentation and shift handoffs.
