HUMAN Security seeks a Technical Account Manager to manage strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem. You will maximize protection, investigate invalid traffic, and navigate evolving ad fraud landscapes with a focus on professional, discreet communication.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, translate technical findings for customers, and drive customer retention, growth, and strategic initiatives across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior AdTech experience is required.
• Direct programmatic advertising experience is preferred.
• Experience with agencies is highly valued.
• US-based role; candidates outside the United States will not be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts.
• Expand and develop client relationships and be the primary focal point for strategic customers.
• Provide exceptional customer support and be a point of escalation for sensitive issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Research to drive outcomes.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, customer-friendly communication.
• Gather feedback on product and service and advocate for customer needs.
