Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring a Senior Growth Technology Manager for AdTech to architect signals and audiences for Credit Karma’s paid marketing stack. You will ship pipeline changes, implement MMP/CDP integrations with BigQuery, and partner with Google, Meta, and TikTok to improve ROAS.

You will own real-time incident response with ad platform partners, drive experimentation, and help scale paid media across multiple platforms with senior leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing tech, growth marketing, or similar quantitative role.
• Advanced SQL and Python; hands-on data pipelines in cloud warehouses.
• MMP experience (Kochava/AppsFlyer/Branch) incl. attribution and postback mapping.
• CDP and signal delivery across Google/Meta/TikTok/Snap.
• Shipped production AI or agentic automation tooling.
• Hands-on tag management with GTM client/server and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect signal and audience strategy across paid stack and diagnose attribution issues.
• Design and run paid marketing experiments end-to-end and scale results.
• Own MMP strategy: postback mapping, deep-linking, data flow standards.
• Build internal AI tooling and automation for marketing workflows.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives without escalation and track team health.
