Job summary

Intuit, Inc. Growth Technology is seeking a Senior Growth Technology Manager for AdTech to architect signals, audiences, and attribution across paid media.

You will own MMP strategy, data flow standards, and build AI tools to optimize ROAS with partners like Google, Meta, and TikTok. You will lead experiments, diagnose attribution at the architecture level, and collaborate with Credit Karma and the growth marketing team to scale campaigns and optimize spend.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL/Python for building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience architecting audience and conversion data pipelines in a cloud data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Architect signal and audience strategy across the paid stack and diagnose attribution issues.
• Design and run paid marketing experiments end-to-end and scale outcomes.
• Own MMP strategy, postback mapping, and data flow standards across BigQuery, CDP, and ad platforms.
• Build AI tooling and automation for the marketing org, including monitoring and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional processes and track team health metrics.
