Intuit, Inc. Growth Technology is seeking a Senior Growth Technology Manager for AdTech who will act as the technical architect for Credit Karma paid marketing signals and audiences, shipping pipeline changes and building tools to accelerate paid media decisions.

You will own ROAS efficiency, collaborate with Google, Meta, Snap, TikTok, and Kochava, and ship AI-native tooling to monitor pipelines, diagnose attribution, and drive scalable experimentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing technology or growth tech roles with ownership of technical systems.
• Advanced SQL/Python and experience architecting data pipelines in BigQuery.
• Hands-on MMP experience with Kochava, Branch, AppsFlyer.
• Experience delivering signals and CDP architecture across ad platforms.
• Shipped production AI or agentic automation tools.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and container governance.
• Experience designing structured marketing experiments at scale.
• Managed >$500M/year paid media spend across major platforms.

Responsabilités

• Architect signal and audience strategy across the paid stack, own conversion integrity end-to-end.
• Lead real-time incident response with ad platform partners.
• Design and run paid marketing experiments end-to-end.
• Own MMP strategy, postback mapping, and data flow standards (BigQuery, CDP).
• Ship internal AI tooling for pipeline health and reporting.
• Build cross-functional processes and measure team health.
