Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Technology Manager for AdTech to architect and ship signals, audiences, and pipelines that optimize ROAS for Credit Karma’s paid marketing stack.

You’ll own MMP/CDP integration, collaborate with Google, Meta, and TikTok, and build AI tools to automate reporting and monitoring. You will lead cross-functional efforts across growth marketing and engineering to ensure reliable data flows, attribution accuracy, and rapid incident response while shaping the paid

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing technology or a related quantitative/technical role with ownership of technical systems
• Advanced SQL/Python and hands-on experience architecting audience and conversion data pipelines in BigQuery or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with a mobile measurement platform (Kochava, Branch, AppsFlyer, or equivalent) including attribution configuration and postback mapping
• Experience architecting audience and conversion signal delivery across ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap) and a CDP
• Shipped production AI or agentic automation tool with end-to-end requirements handling
• Hit handling Google Tag Manager (client- and server-side) and container governance
• Structured marketing experiments (test/control, budget parity)
• Managed or influenced >$500M/year paid media spend across platforms

Responsibilities

• Signal & Audience Strategy: architect signal and audience strategy across the paid stack and diagnose attribution issues
• Experiment Design & Scaling: design and run paid marketing experiments end-to-end and scale decisions
• MMP & Pipeline Architecture: own MMP strategy, postback mapping, and data flow standards linking BigQuery, CDP, and ad platforms
• AI-Native Tooling: build internal AI tooling and automation for pipeline health, triage, and reporting
• Cross-Functional Leadership: establish process ownership and measure team health
