Qualifications

• 8+ years of performance marketing or paid social experience.
• Fluency across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest.
• Experience with CAPI and probabilistic attribution; privacy policy fluency (SKAN, ATT).
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Pref: SQL/BigQuery/Looker.
• Experience working with influencers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel paid social strategy, collaborating with internal teams and agencies.
• Align paid social activity with brand moments, sponsorships, and activations.
• Coordinate paid and organic strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Identify strategies to reach Gen Z and drive engagement with ads and influencer content.
• Improve measurement maturity and attribution across platforms.
