Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Growth Technology Manager to lead a team driving customer growth for TurboTax and Credit Karma across web and app experiences. You will build tools enabling marketing velocity, bring deep expertise in CMS, experimentation, personalization, and marketing tech integration.

You will partner with performance marketing and GEO/SEO initiatives, guide AI-enabled development, and implement governance and data attribution frameworks to scale delivery across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years spanning program management, digital marketing, and product management roles including 3+ years leading people.
• 3+ years managing content management systems, personalization and experimentation platforms, and front-end web development with a track record running content operations at consumer scale.
• 1+ year driving strategic vision in product and technology
• 3+ years in deep partnership with performance marketing (GEO, SEO, Paid, CRM)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive customer growth across web and app for TurboTax and Credit Karma.
• Build tools enabling marketing faster with deep expertise in web marketing, CMS, CRO and personalization platforms.
• Own marketing technology capabilities including campaign management, analytics instrumentation, SEO/GEO, CRM and email integration.
• Foster AI governance, tooling, evaluation frameworks, and data attribution to scale delivery.
