In this hybrid role, you’ll analyze performance data, provide strategic recommendations, and partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to enhance the advertiser experience and platform value.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising and customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing advertiser relationships in a platform/adtech environment.
• Ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in data querying (SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners as primary contact.
• Guide onboarding and campaign launches to drive adoption of OpenAI ads products.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase investment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Ops to resolve issues.
• Surface advertiser feedback to inform product improvements.
• Help build scalable processes for OpenAI's advertising ecosystem.
