OpenAI is seeking an Ads Solutions Engineer in San Francisco to help advertisers evaluate, launch, and scale on our ads platform. You will serve as the technical expert translating objectives into scalable solutions across measurement, integrations, data activation, and campaign execution.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, collaborating with multiple teams to remove blockers, accelerate revenue growth, and shape the platform’s future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions or sales engineering or related client-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising measurement and pixels.
• Experience with tag managers, CDPs, analytics, attribution, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Partners to provide technical expertise that unlocks new business.
• Lead technical discovery to understand data flows and activation goals.
• Design implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, and server integrations.
• Guide onboarding and launch readiness for tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues related to implementation, signal quality, and measurement.
• Build demos and technical narratives to show value of ads solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Create documentation and best practices to scale advertiser adoption.
