Job summary

Discord Inc. is seeking an Ad Operations Manager to scale our Ads business and deliver high-quality campaign executions. You will partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to drive insights, ROI, and go-to-market strategy.

You will own campaign implementation, provide hands-on support, and help build automation and AI-driven workflows to remove friction for customers in a fast-paced environment. Relocation to SF Bay Area may be considered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to drive measurable efficiency gains.
• Comfort with data and light scripting to build or maintain internal tooling.
• Strong knowledge of ad technologies, campaign operation methods, and tracking solutions.
• Experience partnering with Engineering or Product on technical escalations.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ad campaigns are implemented and launched on time and to specification.
• Provide hands-on technical support to key customers and Ad Sales partners.
• Partner with account teams and technical groups to optimize outcomes and test variations.
• Synthesize campaign performance insights for stakeholders and clients.
• Build and scale automations and tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Serve as the operational engine for revenue-driving functions.
