Job summary

Discord is seeking an Ad Operations Manager in the United States (remote-friendly, NY or SF base). You will scale the Ads business by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver high-quality campaigns, insights, and go-to-market strategies.

You will build automation, troubleshoot integrations, and drive ROI improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove friction for customers. This role offers equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Comfort with data and light scripting (SQL required; Python preferred).
• Knowledge of ad tech, tracking and measurement solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering or product on escalations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure campaigns are implemented and launched on time and to specification.
• Provide hands-on technical support to key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with account teams to optimize outcomes and test messaging.
• Synthesize campaign performance insights for internal and client stakeholders.
• Build automations and tooling to reduce manual effort and scale.
• Serve as the operational engine for revenue-driving functions.
