Job summary

Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA) in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Supervisory ADRC role to lead a team delivering aging services, ensuring compliance and quality improvement. You will mentor staff, provide clinical guidance on complex cases, and participate in program development and training initiatives.

The position requires licensure as an LSW/LISW or RN and a Bachelor’s degree for non-clinical roles, with prior home care and supervisory experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a social worker (LSW or LISW) or RN in Ohio for clinical supervisor positions.
• Bachelor's degree required for non-clinical positions.
• Three years prior experience in home care or geriatric services.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of disease processes and community resources helpful.
• LEAN process improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff: interview, hire, assign work, evaluate performance, coach and mentor.
• Provide clinical guidance on complex cases and ethical implications.
• Support unit goals, ensure compliance and productivity.
• Prepare monthly data and narrative performance reports.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Develop and update policies and procedures; participate in audits.
• Represent ADRC in meetings and community engagements.
• Assist with staff training and identify ongoing training needs.
