Job summary

AAAPP seeks an ADRC Liaison to provide clerical support within the Aging and Disability Resource Center. This full-time role in Saint Petersburg involves coordinating between ADRC/Intake and I&R Teams, handling documentation, and maintaining client confidentiality while delivering professional service to aging and disabled populations.

The position requires High School/GED and experience in admin support, with nonprofit experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • High School/GED with administrative support experience.
  • Experience in nonprofit/human services is a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between ADRC/Intake and I&R Teams.
  • Receive, scan, and route documentation to ADRC staff.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ADRC staff.
  • Assist with mailings including EMS Release and Post Screening Letters.
  • Review and scan Notice of Case Action and Privacy Practice forms.
  • Research and verify resource information for I&R staff review.
  • Provide accurate notes from conference calls and meetings.
  • Assist with onboarding, training logistics and staff training records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, providers, and community partners.
  • Complete projects assigned by the ADRC Director.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
