Job summary

JAMS is seeking a senior ADR Case Manager to lead a team within the Resolution Center. You will oversee case management for assigned associates and panelists, ensuring high-quality service and timely execution of arbitration and ADR processes.

You will collaborate with panelists and HR, manage performance, and drive business development while maintaining strong client relationships across varied hearings. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required).
• 3–5 years of legal services, legal dept or law firm experience (Required).
• Internal candidates: 2+ years as ADR Specialist or Senior Case Manager with leadership (Preferred).
• Understanding case management, legal processes, ADR options incl. arbitration/mediation (Required).
• Ability to support budgeting, success metrics, expense management and A/R (Preferred).
• Strong client satisfaction assessment and relationship-building abilities (Preferred).
• Knowledge of local market, legal community, and business trends (Preferred).
• Proficiency with all relevant software and technology (Required).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (Required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; conflict resolution (Required).
• Some travel (10%) regionally/nationally (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversees case management of assigned associates to meet client and panelist expectations.
• Manages the case management team and acts as a SME in arbitration processes.
• Collaborates with panelists to develop ADR practices and align with company goals.
• Manages files through the entire case lifecycle and supports business development.
• Provides coaching, performance feedback, and development for associates.
• Partners with HR on hiring, training, and ongoing support; maintains associate engagement.
• Ensures adherence to JAMS policies and uses JAMSware for resolution services.
• Collaborates with Facilities and Finance on operations, billing, and updates.
• Builds relationships with key clients and seeks opportunities to grow panelist practices.
