Job summary

Pritchard Companies in Minneapolis, MN requests a Senior HRIS Analyst to own ADP Workforce Now administration, payroll backup, reporting, and data integrity. This onsite role partners with HR leadership to optimize systems, automate processes, and deliver accurate workforce analytics.

You will configure HRIS modules, maintain data quality, develop dashboards, support audits, and assist with system upgrades. A Bachelor’s and 3–5 years in HRIS plus strong Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HRIS experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now administration experience.
• Experience supporting payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage system configurations, workflows, security roles, user access, and business rules.
• Maintain employee data accuracy through audits and data validation.
• Support ADP Workforce Now modules including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, and Performance Management.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and partner with ADP support when needed.
• Lead testing, implementation, and validation of system upgrades and enhancements.
