Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or 24/7 operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, Texas regs).
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support for a 24/7 catalyst recycling operation.
• Serve as SME for ADP Workforce Now, maintaining data, payroll support, workflows, reporting, and time/attendance.
• Administer onboarding, benefits enrollment, and Open Enrollment coordination.
