Job summary

Operation Kindness Humane Society is seeking an Off-Site Adoptions Supervisor in Dallas, TX, to lead the daily operation of off-site adoption programs, including EAC and Retail Adoption. The role coordinates staff, volunteers, and partnerships to deliver a welcoming adoption experience.

It requires supervision experience, animal care background, and strong customer service skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and community engagement. Flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to drive large company vehicles, including a trailer.
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of animal care or adoption experience or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months of animal adoption counseling experience.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Everyday Adoption Center and related off-site programs.
• Supervise, coach, train, and support staff and volunteers; manage onboarding and performance.
• Maintain relationships with retail partners and internal departments to ensure smooth adoptions.
• Lead and participate in community adoption events and off-site initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, fiscal processes, and safety standards.
