Job summary

ACCT Philly is seeking an Offsite Coordinator to grow offsite adoption programs and events. You will manage partnerships, move animals to offsite locations, recruit volunteers, and drive successful adoption events that meet grant requirements.

The role emphasizes compassionate animal welfare, strong communication, organization, and a willingness to work flexible hours to support weekend events and varying schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of event planning/management experience required.
• At least one year of animal shelter or rescue experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs and drive a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offsite animal habitats, placing cats at partner locations and coordinating volunteers.
• Develop relationships with offsite adoption locations and expand partnerships.
• Recruit, train and schedule volunteers for offsite locations and events.
• Run regular offsite adoption events and coordinate permits and calendars.
• Coordinate with medical and foster teams to ensure animals are ready for events.
