Job summary

Responsibilities also cover front desk support, data accuracy in the Chameleon system, and collaboration with staff, volunteers, and the public.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; handle adoptions with care and professionalism.
• Familiarity with animal welfare and basic animal care knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the adoption program, including animal selection and transport.
• Assist with offsite adoption events and onsite adoptions.
• Maintain accurate records in the database and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with front desk duties and boutique product sales.
