Job summary

Camelot Community Care in Tampa, FL is looking for a Director of Adoption Support to lead the daily operations of the Adoption Support Program. You will recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality services within the Dependency System and privately adopted families.

The role supervises a team of 4 Adoption Counselors, ensures data accuracy, and maintains program reports while building community partnerships. A Master’s in a Human Services field is required with MSW preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services discipline is required.
• MSW degree preferred for staff oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision and clinical oversight to Adoption Counselors.
• Plan, coordinate and assign cases, tasks, duties and support groups.
• Oversee contract compliance and timely reporting to funders.
