Job summary

Camelot Community Care is seeking a Post Adoption Specialist in Tallahassee, FL to support children and families through case management, court processes, and permanency goals. You will maintain case notes, coordinate with team members and community providers, attend hearings, and complete reviews and reports on time.

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field and at least one year of relevant experience are required; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related human service field plus one year of relevant social services experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

Participates in staff development opportunities and maintains child welfare certification through ongoing training.
Works as a cooperative member of the unit and backs up other team members on cases.
Maintains relationships with supervisory staff and community resource providers to ensure continuity of care for families on the caseload.
Maintains accurate, up-to-date case notes entered into the required data system.
Prepares for and attends court activities, tests, and makes recommendations to the court.
Develops and completes judicial reviews, assessments, and required reports on time.
